39. a couple of hours is nothing to worry about
(unless you are at work or traveling) Let your body do what it is trying to do for a few more hours before trying to stop it. If you are feeling (or even if you aren't) dehydrated, sipping a sports drink or just water witha little bit of salt and sugar (1 liter to 1/2 teaspoon of salt and up to 8 teaspoons sugar, molasses or raw sugar) or a salty cracker - all in very small amounts, but continuously should help.

Do you have a fever or are you passing blood?
