76. my whole point is that it is not self destructive
I drove a 12 mile route back and forth for three years before they gave me a seatbelt ticket. I was never in an accident, nor was I very close to an accident. So 1200 trips and 14,000 miles without incident, and yet not wearing a seatbelt is "self destructive" or some kind of huge risk? The risk of a ticket seems larger than the risk of an accident.
