I worked at a retail store for several years. I had all sorts of rude customers but the worst was the woman (toy store at Christmas, BAD TIMES) who actually said, "People like you are born to serve people like me." I just walked off the register.

I had another woman once who was being super rude, and when she shifted her purse around in her hand a CRACK PIPE flew out (Again, in a TOY STORE, with CHILDREN all over the place).

I could NOT work in a grocery store. I can't imagine how much that must suck.
