That holds that someone who damages a piece of clothing should recieve a punishment-beating that leaves them "beyond repair" and requiring hospitalisation. In fact, it's contemptible thuggery. But then, those who regard animal life as disposable usually do hold similar views towards human life when you scratch the surface.
