More and more of the drivers are paying attention to their health and their physical well-being. They eat well, and work out, because it gives them more stamina for driving, particularly the longer races. It may sound funny to think of having to be in shape just to drive, but if you've ever taken a long road trip, driving for hours at a time, you might see why the drivers want to be in good shape. I know that driving 600 miles in a weekend can tire me out!
