20. Yes and no.
I think part of it depends on your definition of a grudge.

If you piss me off, and a year later say "Hi" to me in a friendly way, am I going to tell you to eat shit and die? No. That kind of grudge I don't hold.

However, if you piss me off, and then for the next year continue the same type of behaviour and I observe it over and over, I'll still be mad with you about the first incident. And all the ones after that.

I can forgive or forget a lot of stuff, but if it's reiterated ad nausem, it's gonna stay at the forefront of my mind.

Also, if you do something REALLY REALLY bad, yeah I'll hold a grudge. I'm talking, try to kill me or someone I know kinda bad.
