none of it what you have posted makes any sense to me at all.

I don't mean to be harsh, but if your communication with your professor is as poor as it is here, I can see why you are getting an F.

Why continue with a language with which you have a proven record of failure? I don't get it. Why not take Spanish or French after that first F in German?
