9. WH press guy Dan Bartlett was on Today this morning....

Katie asked him if the President watched the results from the Iowa caucuses come in

a.she should have known that W will be portrayed as above politics on the eve of the SOTU
b.that that was WAY past W's bedtime

Bartlett said no but he was sure that the President read it in the morning's paper.......Uh apparently he didn't get the memo or see the Diane Sawyer interview wherein W bragged about not reading the paper EVER.
