I have seen lately several people come up with some pretty creative names for Bush the Dumber. Given his penchant for nicknaming staff and world leaders, don't we owe hime the same respect? Add to the list from what you have seen, or make one up yourself! C'mon, it'll be fun!

Our Great Leader (From DU top 10 conservative idiots)
Dumbya
Chimpy
Shrub (From Molly Ivins, I believe)
C+ Augustus (From the Morans blogspot)
Brainstorm in a teacup (mine)

There must be more, but I can't think of them right now. Any others?
