daughter graduates from high school, gets accepted to the college of her choice (please be in ca so we get the in state tuition break) we sell the house and then we rent for a year maybe in Pacifica and then Monterey and maybe Bodega bay until we figure where we want to live permanently and then buy a small condo.

That's what we hope happens, elk grove has been a fine place to live but i have never considered this a permanent address and i really miss living near the coast.
