Early 70's. Local live rock music bar. Touring band came in whose
signature closer was "Fire" by "The Crazy World of Arthur Brown".
.
The singer had this huge fuzzy Afro. He also shot flash balls of
fire from his fingertips (a pyrotechnic gimmick PROBABLY available
at any good magic shop).
.
One of the fireballs hit a low-hanging beam and had, unbeknownst
to the singer, ricocheted right into his hair and set it on fire. The
guitarists moved in to slap the, um... you know... "hell" out of him.
.
.
.
.
Except for the bass player, who was playing on a high riser behind
and above the singer. He had collapsed to the floor absolutely
helpless with laughter.

The singer, BTW... was absolutely unhurt (except for his pride)...
at least spared any damage that his barber/stylist couldn't remedy.
