In response to my past. History of depression, attending 12 step meetings, previous car accident injuries not related to current injury (very difficult to prove on my part). My insurance company is claiming that I do not have permanent injuries as a result of the most recent accident, although for 13 years up until my accident I ran 8 miles a day, hiked Mt. Washington at least once a month, was a gym junkie and in excellent shape. They will not accept my chiropractor's diagnosis of permanent injury, although they have paid for chiropractic adjustments. In order to win, they sign a gag statement promising not to discuss the settlement in any way, shape or form.
