9. Nothing out of the ordinary.
So in the first video:

Nothing out of the ordinary or nefarious happens. Agent buys a firearm from a private individual at a gun show for cash. Could have done the same thing by opening up the local Penny Saver classifieds. He then buys an extended magazine for cash. Nothing odd about any of that.

The sellers have broken the law in selling the firearm to someone they have reason to believe would not pass a background check (by the buyer's admission). However, it is important to note here that this is not a gun show phenomenon. This could happen at any private sale.

I support background checks for all firearm sales as long as firearm ownership anonymity is preserved.
