many of the delegates at the convention had expenses paid for and footed by dfa - dean got the delegates there - that is why they had to keep a lid on it - dnc message was out of synce with those present

michael moore saw that and spoke about it - dean knew they were his supporters who had stuck in there and got the momentum going

Dean has a charisma about him to bring along those who also do not fit in the mainstream - conformity mentality - joe liberman represents that
