The same thing for abortion. It is the laws being created to destroy progress already made. there has been a concerted effort on the part of Liberals throughout the history of this country that have tried to make things better for "the people". At every opportunity the Republicans have tried to undermine this progress and take from the people to give to the large corporations. The Republicans have always been for the big money interests and NEVER for the benefit of mankind or the Earth. that is what is partisan not the environment.
