that both campaigns have a list of SDs that have endorsed 'behind the scenes', and decide themselves when to let them out. Obama's been letting two out a day, aware that any larger will be seen as unfair by Clinton supporters, but its been a pretty steady drip for some time now. Clinton has a smaller list so can't afford to go 2 for 2 lest she runs herself dry, but is letting out 1 per day to have it seem like she's still gaining SDs. I have nothing to back it up, but that's my hunch.
