i asked this about bush before. and i'm now wondering what cheney will do. i'm guessing he will go on and on about how bad kerry is. will list things that kerry opposed and other crap. i think he will be less likely to criticize edwards and focus more on kerry. i'm not sure he will even defend bush since most of what cheney does is attack kerry. in fact i don't think i have ever heard him say a positive thing about bush.

because of the way joe lieberman behaved in the vp debates in 2000 it's hard to say how exactly cheney will go about when he is actually challenged as i expect edwards will do this time.

on edit, i also think this is a sit down debate. edwards wanted to stand but cheney wanted to sit so they agreed to sit. i wonder how close together they will be sitting. weren't lieberman and cheney very close together ? a least that's what i seem to remember. and in the sit down debate between bush and gore they seemed further apart.
