12. wouldn't this be difficult for them to do

since they own affiliates of numerous different networks. Normally network affiliates have to have network permission to pre-empt prime time programming, I believe.

Still, it appears they are trying and we should definitely get out in front of this. Don't just contact the media, complain to the networks themselves.
