Matt Lauer impersonates O'Reilly during Dean interview

Lauer stayed right on the GOP message and cut off Dean's answers.

To his credit Dean went on answering even as Lauer tried to stop him. Lauer talked over the top of Dean when he couldn't get Dean to stop.

Lauer with an assumed air of righteousness tried to attack Dean for criticizing the GOP. Lauer as much as asked him to apologize and Dean took the opportunity to simply repeat the points that Lauer was objecting to.

the outspoken Dean, appearing on NBC"s "Today" show, said criticism of him is meant by Republicans to divert attention from the country's problems and make him the issue instead.

One thing Lauer didn't ask was "Has Brent Schundler ever just jumped up in front of you at one of your rallies?"
