They just pass a new energy bill that lets him and his buddies build a bunch of Nuclear Power plants. Brown and Root built the one near Houston Texas and Austin; pulled out because the cost over runs was so high that it would take 100 year to see the savings. The reason the cost over run was so high is that it would never pass inspection. They also want to build oil refineries, and so like everything else in US the tax payers pay and get not windfall benefits.(Space program..We payed for it and the satellite and cell phone companies get the benefits.)
