Bush's minions have succeeded in putting untold wealth and power into the hands of a few; 1% tops. He is a success, in his warped goals - I said in early 2002 he had three goals: Drive the money and power to the top 1% (total success); remove Hussein, be a hero war president, establish hegemony over the Middle East (mostly successful); destroy the social safety net so as to make 99% dependent on the good will of the 1% (partial success, mostly not. Social Security protected, thank God, but $40 billion just cut from Medicaid, student loans, etc. - none that hurts his "base"). Sorry. Didn't mean to pontificate on my whole political philosophy.
