Every Hummer on our highways should be confiscated, armored, and shipped directly to Iraq for our troops.

And every oversized SUV or pickup (by which I mean, too big for its purpose, which doesn't apply to every single Expedition or Titan out there) should be asked, "How many lives per gallon does that thing get?"
