21. I don't think many Freepers dare to lurk here very long.
I spend lots of time at Free Republic, and used to post there before RimJob started taking money from the RNC and had to start censoring everything that Karl Rove wouldn't like to see posted.

Nothing I read over there affects me at all except to make me laugh and sneer, because I see right through their coat-of-many-lies. For example, I know there's nothing to the charge that Jamie Gorelick erected a 'wall' between FBI and Justice that impeded our monitoring of Bin Laden.

Truth affects Freepers like light does vampires. It sends them into apoplectic seizures. Their immediate instinct is to lash out -- harm, kill, fax, call, scream, whatever it takes to muzzle truth-tellers by any means necessary.

I can laugh at the nonsense they post at Free Republic. But wingnuts cannot laugh at what they see on DU, because the truth burns them like white phosphorous.

That's why I don't think very many Freepers hang around here very long.
