Normally, the DOJ would be enforcing Congressional subpoenas, but it is clear that they're corrupt and not to be trusted.

That's what special prosecutors are for. It's time for Fitz to go to work.

BTW, who gets to appoint special prosecutors? It's not just something Gonzales and Bush can do, right? Can't Congress appoint their own special prosecutors?
