For your information this has been all over the news for the last month or so now. It was brought to the publics attention. They are the ones who were up in arms about it.

The proposal was set up by one of Rudi G.'s supporters. The only thing Hillary had to do with this is she was a connection at one time to the guy who launched a campaign to squash this election grabbing ploy by rudi.

Goodness some people just can't help themselves to try to blame Hillary for everything but hurricanes, and if they could figure out how to do that they would.
