Getting rid of debilitating trade policies

Someone, sometime, had posted the requirements for how to end our participation in these disastrous agreements. I can't seem to find that, so if anyone remembers seeing that, or has the information on hand already, please be so kind as to help me to find the details.

As I remember there was one article which detailed the notice which would be required before the US could end it's ill-advised participation in these 'corporate profits uber alles' agreements. I think NAFTA was the specific agreement mentioned but not sure about that.
