The format of tonights debate may be a big improvement

I'm pissed that Kucinich is being left out.

But otherwise tonight's debate may be one of the better ones, if what Mark Halprin said on CSpan is true.

Supposedly a large portion of it will be an open-ended round table discussion. Charlie Gibson will moderate, and his stated plans are to simply be a referee, asking basic questions and making sure there's a give-and-take among the candidates.

If they hold to that, it may actually be informative, as well as maybe providing some interesting dynamics.
