The mid (2005) Census already determined it. As well as, validated that the median income for Black Americans is THE EXACT SAME 3/5ths of Whites' median income. Oh yes that same 3/5ths which they were LEGALLY deemed equal to us Caucasoids, way back in the 1787 U.S. Constitution.

Just wait 2 more years, it'll be made mass media material then, it won't matter...as if it does now
