"It is a violation of human rights when women are doused with gasoline, set on fire and burned to death because their marriage dowries are deemed too small."

Seeing the clip of Hillary delivering this speech to the the entire leadership of China assembled in the great hall was literally chilling. That's the thing, it is not only the words she used, it is who she said them to and where she was standing when she spoke them.
