They are a bunch of doofuses - usually wimpy guys who want to be tough. They read every word of Ken Starr's report on the Lewinsky/Clinton scandal. They listen to Rush Limbaugh and watch Hannity and Colmes. They call women rude names - and then wonder why they don't get dates. You get the idea. I think they get so wound up avout Clinton b/c chicks liked him. They are really worked up by Kerry because he married well. $$$ Cha Ching. But no one wants to be with their loser selves.
I hope that explains it! I'm a relative newby also. But I knew what a freeper was because I'm surrounded by them here in Texas. Welcome to DU!
