"Candle in the Wind" from Elton to Hillary
Advertisements [?]
    Goodbye, Hillary Diane
Though I never knew her at all
She has the grace to hold herself
    While all her staffers crawled
They crawled like roaches out of the woodwork
And they whispered into her brain
They set her on the treadmill
And they made her change her name

And it seems to me she lives life
Like a candle in the wind
Never knowing which ideology to cling to
    When the primaries set in
And I would have liked to have known her
But I was just a kid
Her chances for nomination flickered out long before
    The legend ever did

    Loneliness was tough
The toughest role she ever played
The White House made her a superstar
And pain was the price she paid
    'Specially when Bill lied
Oh the press still hounds her
All the papers had to say
Was that Hillary stood behind her dude

    Goodbye Hillary Diane
From the young man in the 22nd row
Who sees you as something as more than sexual
More than just our First Lady

-- inspired by Sir Elton John
