23. Racial double-standard is so blatant it's breathtaking!

It's funny how every Republican pundit has been asking for the last two days, "Why can't Obama close the deal?

Obviously this is the latest talking point distributed to these people, who fan out over the airwaves to repeat this drivel ad nauseum.

Two weeks ago, Pennsylvania was going to be a blowout and these same pundits were saying that, unless Obama can close the margin to 10 points or below, he will be in trouble. Now it looks like he may have done that and so they've changed their tunes. Now they're saying that there's something wrong with him because he "can't close the deal."

Tim Russert is now saying that Obama is failing to draw white women whose support of Hillary Clinton is "rock solid." Therein lies his problem.

Excuse me? Hillary Clinton is so far behind that she probably can't ever catch up and, part of the reason is that she has little support from black voters. The response to that? Black voters are unreasonably rejecting Hillary in order to vote for Barack because he's black. In other words, it's the black voters fault that Hillary Clinton can't get them to vote for her.

Yet, they go on and on about how Obama is "failing" to attract white women who are voting for Hillary. And it's Obama's fault that white women aren't voting for him.

I'm waiting for someone to ask, "Why is Hillary doing so badly in this race, why is she so far behind Obama, why has she so miserably earn the support of black voters?"

Bullshit.
