137. Repubs will call him a flip-flopper because you called him a flip-flopper.

Obama promised to filibuster any FISA legislation that included retroactive immunity for the telecoms.

He voted "Yes" for a compromise bill that, although imperfect, is improved over previous revisions.

He voted to strip out Title II (the immunity BS) as promised. Unfortunately, filibuster does not work unless you have the 40+ votes to prevent cloture. Dodd and friends didn't come close to achieving this level of support.

There was no flip-flop.
