That he was talking to some Republican businessman or somebody like that and the guy kept talking about Russian influence spreading. I can't remember the term that the guy was using but he kept using a Cold War term the Soviets used for expanding their sphere of influence. This was only a few years ago and Palast couldn't believe this guy was so obsessed with Cold War terminology that has been outdated for almost a few decades.
