Providing a pool feed does not open the door to editorial coverage. It means they have the camera in the middle that points at the speaker on the stage, and they also have a couple of other standard camera angles that the networks will be able to choose from throughout the event. Other networks will have their own cameras there as well. The networks doing the broadcasting will choose what cameras to use, whether their own or from the pool feed, and at what time to use them.
