America has done a fantastic thing, even if Obama isn't a great president (I hope he will be, we need one now). After four hundred years of racism and eight years of intense anti-Muslim propaganda, we elected a black man with a Muslim name (he's NOT a Muslim). I am more proud of my country than I have been in many, many years. Of course it says a lot about his charisma and intelligence as a candidate, and the strategies Howard Dean started four years ago, but it says something wonderful about our country, too!
