So after - Hillary Clinton will be there to answer the 3 a.m phone call is repeated a thousand times

(I've been reading it and just heard another reference on Morning Joe), how will it impact the confidence that the American people have in President Obama?

We've already heard President Clinton say that Obama called him and Hillary and said tell me what to do. We are hearing Clinton promoted as the MOST QUALIFIED person around.

Would someone explain to me how this is good for an Obama administration? I just don't get it.
