Dave Franker has the best chance of any Democrat running in the Midwest to overturn a Republican Congressman according to the Political Oddsmaker for Campaigns and Elections Magazine. None of the Democratic Congressional challengers running in Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, or Indiana can boast of odds as optimistic as those for Franker, who is now running neck and neck with Jim Leach. The "Oddsmaker," who has a 98% accuracy record, gives Leach only 52.6% chance of beating Dave Franker.
