Put that together with the all time high turn out...both Bush and Kerry supposedly got more votes than Clinton, Reagan, or Roosevelt ever got when they won. Bush achieved the all time record popular vote when he's this unpopular?

It's not possible. Someone was electronically stuffing the ballot box.
