1. As long as they don't expect a new stadium in L.A.....

because a publicly-funded stadium in L.A. just isn't going to happen. Our local politicians may not be perfect, but they have continually said no to publicly-funded stadiums. If they want to play here bad enough, they can play at the Coliseum.
