16. I know exactly what you mean
When I wasn't so busy, I used to be heavily in Guild Wars (and some WoW). It was fine until I realized I was not going to the gym hardly at all, although it was a gradual decline, so I guess it made it easier in some odd way. I was spending less time with my friends, getting less accomplished at work, and having trouble concentrating on basic conversations. My mind would wander so bad it got to the point where I had to stop. I don't know if it was to the degree of escaping reality, but I could literally zone out for 8 hours in the game and think it to have been 15 minutes gone. It is a hard thing to do, to break the habit so to speak, but once you do its fine. I can go back but I have better things to do now and not much time to do those better things :)
