waitaminute . . . lemme get this *straight* . . . the Nevada state legislature passed a homosexual anti-discrimination bill but only effective w/i the city limits of Las Vegas, correct? And of course this anti-discrimination bill attaches to certain activities such gays buying a show ticket or getting a hotel room. Okay. Fine. That's a fair start to anti-discrimination laws based on sexual orientation.

However, doesn't the Nevada state legislature understand that gays -- in-staters and out-of-staters -- are going to bring lawsuits if denied such services in other parts of Nevada? Geezuz. Isn't there a due process clause in the Nevada state constitution? An equal protection clause in the Nevada state constitution? I know there's such in our federal constitution!

How stupid can they be? Oh, yeah, correct . . . then they blame "activist judges" who are merely doing their job interpreting their own state constitution (or the federal constitution) . . . oh, yeah.

. . . . . . . . . .
