 This ad, being run around the country by the Republican Jewish Committee, clearly refers to Cindy Sheehan as a "leading Democratic activist." That's like referring to Susan Sarandon as a "Democratic actress." Sheehan may not even be a Democrat, for all I know, but it's at least clear that she doesn't base her activism on advancing the Democratic Party agenda (whatever that is), and is frequently hostile to it (when it cowers to the Bushist agenda). |
