along with DA Gonzalez's non answers show there is NO LIMIT to the Bush War Powers, in direct violation of the War Powers Act of 1973 ! Congress cannot delegate their powers to Bush either, so the AUMFs of Sept 14, 2001 and Oct 2, 2002 are illegal also.

UNLIMITED warmaking powers, vesting now in 'Bush's determinations' are unconstitutional on their face. These are self-evident facts people, you don't need SCOTUS and Alito or Roberts (who btw would have ruled on REX84 planning while in the Reagan administration re the executive orders that created these programs of 'suspending the constitution' constitutionally of course) !

All was done for pretext for war. The truth will come out and the Republicans will suffer for it, as they well deserve. Oh, btw, the war is based upon thirty year old plans
