Randi's BEST is from the day Chimpy pissed on the blind guy.

After hearing it again, it seems pretty clear that as soon as Chimpy started to chastise the guy for disrespecting the Fuhrer, somebody yelled something into his ear piece to shut him up.

Nothing else seems to explain what Bush did to cover himself so awkwardly -- unless he suddenly remembered the guy was blind/impaired, which is unlikely.

Is that the way you see it?
