Either we are at war, in which case the Geneva Conventions are fully in place and the War Powers Act is in effect (expired, actually, making Bush demonstrably guilty of breaking the law)

OR

We we are not at war, in which case the Junta is in serious constitutional trouble because of actions it has taken in the name of war.

You can't have it both ways.

It is refreshing to see one of our elected quislings FINALLY decide to stop being a criminal collaborator, and pray that Feinstein won't be the last.
