If they are DU ones, how would we ever find out?

DU is by far the most efficient substance to use as a casing for a bunker buster.
Its weight, half as much again as lead, makes it penetrate deeper.
Its strength makes it possible to make the bombs narrow, so they fall faster,
and therefore penetrate deeper.
It burns very well, so adds to the explosive power of the bomb.
It is a plentiful waste product of the nuclear power industry, so it is not only cheap,
but a nuisance product, needing to be disposed of.

All of which leads me to skepticism that any bunker busters would be made without DU these days.
