23. the hearings did not get enough attention, a filibuster will get
much more attention, successful or not. it's a great chance to educate the electorate, as well as stand for something.
people are starting to talk about spying, civil rights, the unlimited executive powers being claimed.
drawing out the process of confirmation is helping to get theses issues in the news. So, I can't agree is time to move on, sorry. I'd like to see it go on for another two weeks until every voters curious enough to want to know why.
for some of us, it's not always about winning. it's about doing the right thing.
