The orange jumpsuit is the symbol of the Gitmo detainee....the AQ guys use it as a "reverse psychology" routine on the people they've beheaded in the past, but it also has a martyr's connotation in the right context. To the Sunnis who have been victimized by this sectarian shit, that is the connotation it will take on.

The jumpsuit would have been enough, but tearing the head off a guy with cancer suggests none of Allah's merciful attitude, it suggests deliberate disrespect (body mutilation is a bad thing; it's why you see it cropping up over that way--it's a desire to deliberately appall people) and it's almost as though they sort of WANT to rile their own crowd with some "good" revenge.

I think they have taken it too far, though. They're coming across like belligerent assholes who don't know when to quit it.
