97. It's called a "Lizzie Lam," Hissyspit
After heiress/publicist Lizzie Grubman, who hit 15 people with her car at a nightclub, and was found at an ex-boyfriend's house (along with her lawyer) two hours later--too late for a breath test. She was convicted only of assault and leaving the scene of an accident, and served only 37 days.
